Blue Coast Estate Care provides property management and home monitoring services for absent homeowners, ensuring peace of mind even from afar.
We carry out regular inspections, checking structures, outdoor areas, essential systems, and any signs of severe weather or damage. Our main goal is to act preventively, avoiding unexpected issues and costly repairs.
To achieve this, we visit the property regularly, we can arrange small repairs with trusted locals and partners while also reinforcing property security with practical recommendations.
After each inspection of your property, you will receive clear and detailed reports with personalized follow-up, so you know exactly what was inspected, what actions were taken, and whether any further intervention is recommended to keep your property protected and well maintained.

In case the electricity Company or internet provider, the AC company etc…they need access to the property when you are not there, we can receive them on your behalf

We open your windows for ventilation to avoid humidity damage and mold.
8. Coordinating your maintenance teams
We can management your maintenance team and make sure all the services you have asked are made and showing you the results by video or photography.
